Awards and True Blue Citations of Distinction.

Distinguished          Alumni                            
An MTSU graduate who has distinguished him/herself by reaching the highest level of accomplishment and who possesses the highest standards of integrity and character to positively reflect and enhance the prestige of MTSU.


 


True Blue Citations of Distinction


The David Cullum
Award for Service to the University
               
Named after former Alumni, BRAA and Foundation board president, David Cullum '55, this award honors an MTSU alumnus who has demonstrated outstanding volunteerism, leadership and support of MTSU, it's mission and goals.


 


Achievement in Education        
MTSU Faculty                                                             
An MTSU graduate, who is current or retired MTSU faculty, who has had outstanding achievement in education is selected annually by the Association's Board of Directors from nominations submitted by alumni, MTSU faculty, staff and friends.


 


Achievement in      Education
Non-MTSU Faculty                                     
An MTSU graduate who has had outstanding achievement in education is selected annually by the Association's Board of Directors from nominations submitted by alumni, MTSU faculty, staff and friends.


 


Service to the       
Community                            

An MTSU graduate who has a history of outstanding service to the community in which they live.


 


Young Alumni             Achievement                                
An MTSU graduate 35 years of age or younger who has had outstanding achievement in career, public service and/or volunteer activities is selected annually by the Association's Board of Directors from nominations submitted by alumni, MTSU faculty, staff and friends.
