There are plenty of ways to reconnect and get involved with your alma mater.

Here are a few:

  Attend an event!
Alumni are encouraged to come back to campus and attend an event.  MTSU offers many diverse opportunities for entertainment including plays, concerts, and speakers.  Also, we encourage alumni to visit our events page for upcoming Alumni Association events.  You're always welcome!

  Host an event, game watching party or happy hour in your area and send photos!
We encourage our alumni to get together no matter where their location. You may find alumni in your area through a search on our online community.  Let us know in advance that you're getting together and we'll send you a "box of blue" to liven it up.  After the event is over, submit your photos for possible publication.  Send photos with captions and names to
alumni @mtsu.edu


  Talk to your employer about recruiting MTSU employees
Talk to your supervisor about the education you received at MTSU and encourage them to hire MTSU grads.  Have internships available?  Contact the MTSU Career Development Center about providing opportunities for current students to get hands on field experience.


  Talk about MTSU in your community!
Keep yourself informed about the great happenings as well as needs of the University.  Spread the word by telling family, friends and coworkers about MTSU's growth and progress.

  Travel with us!
Get to know other MTSU alumni while traveling the world!  We offer organized group travel for our alumni with internationally known and respected travel companies.  Visit our travel page to see what we have coming up or make suggestions for future trips.


  Cheer on the Blue Raiders!
Support Blue Raider athletics by purchasing a ticket to a sporting event.  MTSU Athletics offers alumni another great opportunity to rally around MTSU and cheer on the Blue Raiders.  Bookmark goblueraiders.com for upcoming athletic events.


  Return to campus and join the homecoming festivities each fall.
Homecoming, by definition, is about YOU - our alumni!  Visit our homecoming page for all the alumni specific events we have planned for you and your family.


  Play in the Alumni Legacy Golf Classic
The Alumni Legacy Golf Classic (formerly the homecoming golf tournament) is now a tournament dedicated solely to the purpose of raising money for the Alumni Legacy Scholarship.  The Alumni Legacy Scholarship is a newly formed scholarship that is awarded specifically to children of alumni.  More information about the tournament can be found here, with information about the scholarship here.

  Support MTSU through a financial contribution.
